Growth Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a growth marketing lead to identify growth opportunities, analyze and optimize our content for SEO, run end-to-end performance marketing campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions. If you are a results-driven marketer with a passion for driving business growth, we want to hear from you.

What you will do

  • Identify growth opportunities using our data

  • Analyze and optimize our content for SEO using SemRush and our CMS

  • Run end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook and Linkedin

  • Be the person in the team who owns and reports on impact of marketing initiatives

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 3 years experience in growth/marketing at a startup or small/mid-business

  • A broad marketing knowledge and a willingness to learn new skills

  • Experience analysing SEO opportunities and optimising content

  • Experience running and managing a large ad budget

  • An affinity for web design tooling
