How to update your billing details

You can update your billing information anytime.

Billing details are configured at a workspace level. To update your billing information in Framer, follow these steps:

  1. After logging into your Framer account, go to the Dashboard. Then, choose the Workspace where your subscription is located using the Workspace selector.

  2. Click on "Settings" in the left sidebar.

  3. In Workspace settings, click "Plans" to view your active subscriptions.

  4. Find the subscription you want to update billing details for. Click the three-dot icon next to it, then choose "Update Billing Details.”

You will be redirected to our payment provider's website to update your billing details like address or payment method.
