CaiYawen Studio

Cai Yawen is a ceramic artist based in China and Japan. Her work was beautiful, but her old online presence didn't show it. She needed a website that presents her pieces and philosophy clearly, and turns visitors into real client inquiries.

We rebuilt her brand direction and website from strategy to launch. Every page is designed around her craft: quiet layouts, generous space, and smooth motion that lets each piece speak for itself. The site is fully built in Framer, easy for her to update, and works beautifully on every screen.

The result was recognized internationally with an Awwwards Honorable Mention, scoring 8+ from judges around the world.
