About Blob Tracker
Blob Tracker turns any video or image into a live computer-vision scene. It finds what moves, locks a box onto it, links the boxes and types out data labels in real time, right in the browser.
The twist: every box is a lens. The footage inside each box is inverted, monochrome, pixelated, zoomed, or swapped for a second matching image with Reveal.

Works with an uploaded video, a video link or a still image.
Videos are tracked as they play. Still images are scanned for their brightest areas, so they never look frozen.
Visitors' cursors get their own tracking box.
Shows a built-in demo until you add your media.
What you can customize
Detection: Motion, Brightness or Key Color, plus Threshold, Max Blobs, Min/Max Size and Detail.
Stability: Smoothing, Persistence, Confirm After, Min Lifetime, Fade and Max Speed keep boxes calm.
Lenses: Invert, Mono, Pixelate, Zoom or Reveal (a second image inside each box, e.g. color over X-ray).
Boxes: Full, Corners, Circle or Crosshair, with color, thickness, padding and fill.
Lines: Straight, Curved or Dashed, linked by Nearest, Chain or Hub.
Labels: Coordinates, Size or Hex Code, with custom prefix, font and typing speed.
Atmosphere: HUD, scanlines, grain and Edge Fade.
Media: Cover or Contain, background, radius, autoplay, loop and speed.
Helpers: Debug Mask shows what the tracker sees. Alt Text for screen readers; respects reduced motion..

Tips
Several separate moving or bright areas on a dark background give the most lenses.
For the X-ray look, use two images with identical framing: X-ray as Image, color as Reveal Image.
Upload media to Framer rather than linking it, as some hosts block the pixel access the tracker needs.
