Luma Trace turns closed SVG shapes into luminous inward contours. A bright edge draws your mark, leaves a softer trail, holds, and erases. The outer silhouette stays fixed.

Start with Bloom, Orbit or Frame, or upload your own SVG. Convert wordmarks to outlines before export. Separate objects can animate together or in sequence, with letter counters preserved.

Adjust colors, inward depth, strand density, brightness, light falloff and bloom. Choose Smooth, Gentle or Linear timing. Auto direction follows elongated shapes; manual angle and lean controls let you direct the inner layers.

Includes three original presets, SVG upload, canvas timeline scrubbing, reduced-motion support and offscreen animation pausing. No video playback or WebGL required for the effect.

SVG requirements: closed, filled geometry; up to 40 objects and 1 MB. Outline text and strokes, and flatten masks, clipping paths and symbols. Thin or complex shapes may need lower inward depth.
