About Smart Schema SEO
Introducing Smart Schema
Smart Schema gives search engines a clear, machine-readable summary of your business. Enter the name, address, phone, opening hours and social links once. It adds them to every page as schema.org structured data, with no code. Visitors never see it, only Google or AI.
What is schema?
Schema, or structured data, is a small block of code that tells Google and AI exactly what a page or business is about: the business name, where it is, when it’s open and how to contact it. Google reads it to understand your site. It can make the site eligible for richer search results, such as opening hours and contact details. Google decides whether to show them.
Types of businesses supported
Food and drink: restaurant, café, bar or pub, bakery
Shops and wellbeing: shop, hair salon, beauty salon, spa, gym
Health and professional: dentist, medical clinic, law firm, accountant, real estate agent
Trades: plumber, electrician, builder
Companies and people: company with no shopfront, person or freelancer
Anything else: type in any schema.org type
How it works
Add it to your layout. Place Smart Schema once in your site’s layout, so every page carries the same data.
Fill it in or bind it. Type the details into the properties panel, or bind each property to a CMS field so one entry drives everything.
Publish. The structured data is written into each page’s HTML, so Google sees it on its first visit. It’s updated on every publish.
