Add clear, click-to-play exercise demonstrations to fitness websites, guides and blog pages.

Search Joy2Move’s home exercise library by exercise name or equipment, choose a variation and insert an editable card onto your Framer canvas. Each card includes a 15-second YouTube demonstration at the reviewed exercise timestamp.

Choose light or dark styling, compact spacing and optional links to the exercise page and full workout. Videos load only after a visitor presses Play. Inserted cards remain in your project when the plugin is closed.

Select your intended page frame before inserting. For a responsive card, use Relative width 100%, Fixed Max Width 560 and Fit content height in Framer.

Free to use. No Joy2Move account or API key required. All 60 reviewed exercises are bundled with the plugin. Search terms, equipment filters and selections stay local and are not sent to an external service. Catalog updates arrive through plugin updates. The plugin does not publish your site or overwrite your customized component code. Exercise demonstrations are for general education, not medical advice.
