Lingo

Lingo finds every text on your pages, components and CMS collections and lets you translate them right inside the plugin. When you save, it adds a LanguageSwitcher component to your project – a language switcher that swaps the texts for their translations on the published site.

• Manual translations for any number of languages

• Picks the language from the visitor’s browser, a ?lang=en link, or their last choice

• Hide pages that shouldn’t exist in a given language

• Dropdown or inline switcher with a fully customizable look

• Works with content loaded later (CMS, page transitions)

• Back up and import translations as JSON

Limitation: translation happens in the browser, so search engines index only the default language (no separate URLs or hreflang).
