• QR sign-in at the door. The QR builds itself from your domain and opens a three-field check-in form.

• Printable door sign. Address, time and a large QR on one US Letter page, printed straight from the site.

• Live countdown. Each open house page counts down, offers Google, Apple and Outlook calendar links, and switches to "Book a private showing" when the event ends.

Listings run on the CMS with price, specs, parcel and zoning data, a six-photo gallery and a map. Open houses reference their listing, so you enter a home once.
