Description

Ocutus is a premium Framer template for luxury real estate developers, branded residences and property studios. A 3D-rendered skylight opens the site, and every section after it moves with the scroll.

PAGES (10) Home, Residences, Residence detail (CMS), Studio, Journal, Story detail (CMS), Contact, Thank you, 404 and Privacy. All pages are responsive for desktop, tablet and phone.

CMS Residences: name, location, city, status (Now selling, Final release, Coming soon), guide price, bedrooms, interior, terraces, level, summary, cover, gallery and a rich text story. Each home gets its own page with specs, story, gallery and a link to the next residence. Journal: title, date, category, excerpt, cover and rich text body, with a featured story and article pages. Add an item and its page, cards and links update automatically.

HOW TO EDIT Colours and fonts: change the colour and text styles once and the whole site follows. Text and images: click and replace on the canvas, or edit them in the CMS. Animated sections: each one has simple controls in the right panel (text, images, links, speed and colours) plus a Scrub slider that previews any moment of its scroll animation in the editor. Hero video: paste your own video link and set the focus point the camera flies into.
