Ardent is built for agencies that sell homes worth looking at slowly. Each listing gets the treatment of a printed property brochure: a three-photo hero, a full-screen photo viewer, a spec sheet in clean ruled lines, and a viewing request form that stays in reach while visitors read. Every page carries the template's signature: photos framed by soft notched corners, with the label tucked into the cutout.

Listings, agents, neighbourhoods and journal posts all live in the CMS, so adding a property takes one form entry. Fill in the photos, price and specs and the detail page builds itself, including its own page title, description and social image. Each listing can show its asking price struck through beside the agency's price, which is an easy way to say "you get more through us."

The motion is quiet and earns its place.

Colours and type are shared styles, so changing one updates the whole site. Buttons, cards and the navigation are components with clear settings. Layouts are tuned for desktop, tablet, phone and very wide screens.
