Brut Studio

Brut is a website template for architecture and interior studios, built around big black and white photography and a single red accent. Headlines turn letter by letter, statements light up as you scroll, and every project gets its own page from the CMS.

- Work: all projects from the CMS, with category filters

- Project page (CMS): hero, key facts, story and a six photo gallery, plus a link to the next project

Motion and details:

- Hero photo opens from three frames, then slowly zooms

- Headlines turn letter by letter, step by step

- Statements light up letter by letter as you scroll, with a red edge

- Project lists in two offset columns with parallax

- Full screen menu with staggered words and a red number for the current page

- Header hides when you scroll down and comes back when you scroll up

- Contact form in the Brut style: custom dropdowns, red error messages, sends to Formspree, FormSpark or any webhook

- A drawn site plan with a red pin that turns into a dark Google map (no API key needed)

- Thin red cursor trail and smooth scrolling

- Red text selection and a dark scrollbar

- CMS: Projects (title, number, city, year, category, intro, text, facts, hero, wide photo, six gallery photos) and Categories.

- Every animation is a Framer component with its own controls: speed, delay, colours, fonts. No code.

- Visitors who turn on "reduce motion" see the site without animation.

- Fonts: Syncopate and Hanken Grotesk (Google Fonts, free).

- Photos are from Pexels and free to use. Replace them with your own work.
