CONCRETE THEORY is a bold, brutalist Framer theme for architecture firms, design studios and interior practices that want their website to feel as heavy and intentional as their buildings.

The theme is built around motion. A cursor-reactive ripple shader turns the hero image into liquid concrete. The headline assembles character by character, statements reveal word by word as you scroll, and project cards stack on top of each other like slabs. It also includes a mosaic shader band, a blueprint-style pattern shader and a particle tunnel on the 404 page, plus a two-row service ticker, image parallax and a blinds page transition.
