DATUM Studio

About DATUM Studio

DATUM is a template for studios and agencies that treat a website like a drawing, not a brochure.

Every section is a sheet. Part numbers, dimension lines, revision chips, a scale rail that tracks

your position down the page, and a bill of materials that fills line by line as you scroll. The

concept is not decoration: it is how the pages are organised.

WHAT'S INSIDE

7 pages — Home, Work index, Work detail (CMS), Studio, Contact, 404, Style guide

12 sections on the home page, each usable on its own

4 breakpoints — 4K, 2K, desktop, tablet, phone

Dark and light, both designed, not inverted

CMS collection for project records, with a detail page template

Working enquiry form

A style guide page that documents the system, so it stays consistent after you edit it

THE MOVING PARTS

A pinned plate sequence — six sheets that stack their tabs as you pass them

A survey line that draws itself through the build log, station by station

A bill of materials whose fill line ticks each box as it passes

A proximity field on the client marks

A figures timeline you can scrub by year

A sticky footer reveal — the page slides up off it

BUILT TO EDIT

Layout and content live on the Framer canvas. Code components are used only where canvas cannot

do the job, and every one of them exposes property controls, so you change colour, timing and

content in the panel like any other layer.
