About Daylit
Daylit is a free website template for selling one house: one listing, one link for the yard-sign QR code, Instagram and the email blast. It is dark, warm and cinematic, so the photos glow.
What makes it different
A day at the house. Buyers drag a sun slider from 7 AM to 9 PM and the hero photo re-lights itself: cool morning, golden hour, then dusk with the windows lit. It works from ONE photo; the light is generated. Buyers can also press play or tap Morning / Noon / Golden hour / Dusk.
Floor plan viewer with Ground and Upper floor tabs.
Monthly cost calculator with down payment, rate, term, tax, insurance and HOA.
Every room gets its own page, with size, which way it faces and the best time of day.
