Detent-Early Access

About Detent Early Access

Detent Early Access is a free, dark coming soon page for studios and designers who show physical work. A concrete D turns in the hero, a mechanical counter counts down to your launch, and one email field collects the people who want to be there.

It pairs with Detent, ate studio’s upcoming portfolio template for physical work, and shares its look. It also works on its own.

Make it yours

“Ask the Agent” on the Home canvas has a master prompt for Framer’s AI Agent, about 2,300 words of project context, with a one-click Copy prompt button. Paste it in, then ask questions or describe a change.

“Start Here” is a field guide in three parts: make it yours, the moving parts, and a checklist for going live.

What’s included

• Countdown and launch pages that switch on their own

• Desktop, tablet and phone layouts

• A mechanical odometer that counts down, then up

• A looping object video you can swap for your own

• Email signup with Sending, Sent and Error states

• Odometer and Loop code components with editable settings

• Demo page: about 1 MB, desktop LCP about 0.6 s

Made to be watched

On desktop, it all fits on one screen and the digits grow into the space left. When the counter comes into view, the wheels spin and lock in. At zero the launch page opens and the counter starts counting up. Nothing redirects in the editor or Preview.
