Headhuntery

Headhuntery is a website template for executive search firms, headhunters and specialist recruiters. The demo firm places AI engineers and quant researchers.

The cursor is a search loupe. Outside it, a pair of interlocked 3D rings and the talent market are printed as dither; inside it, the view sharpens to full tone and the market shows as a contour map with hidden candidates lit up. A profile card follows the candidate in focus, and clicking pins them to a shortlist counter. It works with keyboard and touch too. Further down, a pinned story follows one search from 4,812 people mapped to one placed, with every person a dot that re-sorts at each stage.
