About Hikari Hour
Hikari: a travel photography portfolio lit by one sun.
Hikari is a one-page Framer template for travel and landscape photographers. A live anime-style sky sits behind the whole site. Visitors move the sun with their cursor, and as they scroll the day passes across your photos, from blue hour before dawn to a starry night.
Why most photography portfolios feel flat
Every photo sits on the same white page. In Hikari, each photo appears under the sky of the hour it was taken.
Nothing makes visitors stay. The giant brush 光 in the hero catches the light as visitors move the sun, and clicking the sky takes a "frame" that drops into a stack of prints.
Stories get lost. Every episode carries its time, place, a short note and the camera settings.
What sets Hikari apart
A live sky: sun, clouds, light shafts, stars and moon, rendered in real time.
Text that stays readable: it switches between dark and light as the sky changes.
Native CMS: add or reorder places in the Episodes collection, and the sky follows the times you set.
Anime details: vertical brush titles (第一話), lens flares and lit windows after dark.
Responsive: designed for desktop, tablet and phone. On touch screens visitors drag the sun with a finger.
Respects reduced motion: the sky stays still when the visitor's device asks for less motion.
