Inkpot

Inkpot is a playful, hand-drawn portfolio template for illustrators, animators and artists who want a site with as much personality as their work. Visitors pull an ink-drop cord to roll down the menu, play with a friendly ink-bottle mascot, and browse your projects in a bold blue, orange and black ink style.

Highlights

• Pull-cord menu: drag the ink drop down to reveal your intro, contact links and selected work, then tug the ring to roll it back up.

• Interactive mascot: an ink-bottle character visitors can drag and click, with moods that react to them.

• CMS-powered work archive: add projects in minutes, filter by category (animation, picture books, posters, murals and more) and load more as the list grows.

• Project pages: big titles, client, role, length and tools, plus full-width artwork.

• Small details that feel alive: an ink preloader, hover previews on the work list, a one-click “copy email” button, a live local clock and an availability status.

• A 404 page with character: “Lost the plot!” keeps visitors smiling and sends them back home.

• Fully responsive: designed and tested for desktop, tablet and phone.

Easy to make your own Every colour runs from Styles, so changing one swatch re-themes the whole site. Text uses shared presets, and component options are kept to the essentials, like labels and links, so nothing gets confusing. A built-in “Start Here” guide walks you through editing the menu, mascot, projects and contact details step by step.

Made for illustrators, animators, comic artists, picture-book makers, muralists, designers and any creative who wants a portfolio people remember.
