Keyhold Pro

Keyhold Pro is a property management and lettings website for Framer, for agencies that look after homes for owners and rent them to residents.

Signature feature: the owner net-income calculator. Owners move the rent, pick a plan and allow for empty weeks, and see what they would net per month and per year, before anyone visits.

What's inside

• 27 pages and 4 CMS collections: Rentals, Journal, Areas and Owner services, each with its own detail page

• Rental pages with rent, size, pets and furnishing, a gallery, a viewing form that carries the rental, and a Save button

• Saved rentals and Compare (up to three homes side by side)

• Open viewings with add-to-calendar, area guides with typical rents, owner services with fees, a residents hub, reviews and careers

• Light and dark theme with a switch in the nav; every colour is a style, so one change updates the whole site in both themes
