Kinross is a Framer template for property developers and the firms that fund them.

Real estate templates are built for agents selling houses: price tags, bed filters, mortgage calculators. A developer is not selling a house. They are asking a landowner to trust them with a field, and an investor to trust them with a cheque, and both of those people want to see the record: what was built, when, and whether it was finished.
