About Linseed

Linseed is a warm, editorial website for one working artist: a painter, printmaker, sculptor or ceramicist who sells originals, shows in galleries and takes commissions. It opens with the artist's name, huge and in deep red, and a painting that rises over it as you scroll.

Everything runs from the CMS, so you can make it yours without touching a layout:

- Works: year, medium, size, price (or "Price on request") and status: Available, Reserved, Sold or Private collection. Filter by series, availability and type.

- Work pages: a wall label, enquiry and condition report buttons, a detail and a room view, a full data table and related works.

- Series: a pinned scroll viewer on the home page and a page for each series.

- Exhibitions: current, upcoming and past are set from the dates automatically, with venue, installation photos and the works shown.

- About & CV: biography, statement and a full CV whose show entries link to their exhibition pages.

- Commissions: a four-step process, a price guide, FAQ and a commission form.

- Studio, Notes, collector testimonials, Contact with four enquiry types and a newsletter sign-up.

Crafted details: a brush-stroke preloader, a custom "View" cursor, ink-bleed image reveals, a scroll-lit studio statement, counting figures, a rotating artist's seal, a full-screen phone menu and a lightbox on every painting. Paintings are never cropped, and everything respects reduced motion.

Fully responsive (tested from 320 to 2560px), keyboard friendly and accessible.

Note: the artist, paintings, prices and reviews are fictional sample content, ready to replace with your own.
