Listingjournal

Listingjournal is a luxury editorial website template for estate agents, brokers and rental managers. Each home is presented like a magazine cover with an issue number, and the design uses stone, paper and ink with a brass accent.

Every property has a gallery, an agent card that stays in view as you scroll, and an enquiry form. Visitors can browse by status (for sale, to rent, sold) and by type (houses, apartments, country homes), read neighbourhood guides, and request a valuation on the sell page. All 7 forms have sending, success and error states.

It includes 16 pages: Home, All homes, For sale, To rent, Sold, Houses, Apartments, Country homes, Property detail, Neighbourhoods, Neighbourhood detail, Sell with us, About, Contact, Privacy and 404, each with desktop, tablet and phone layouts. The CMS holds Listings (12), Neighbourhoods (7) and Agents (6).

Listingjournal is free. The agency, homes and agents in the demo are fictional; photos are licensed from Unsplash.
