Lote

Lote is a template for property developers, architectural practices and residence portfolios.

Most property templates are a listings grid. Lote is built around a CMS collection that behaves like real inventory — eight residences, each with bedrooms, square metres, price, location, architect and a live status: sold, available, reserved or coming soon. Add a plot and it appears in the index, on the map and in the footer.

Each residence has a full page: a specification table, written architectural notes, a numbered photo gallery, and a materials list that credits every source by distance. A sticky bar carries the plot's price and status as you read.

Thirteen pages in all — home, residences index, eight residence pages, practice, enquire and legal. Every residence carries its own enquiry form.

A drawn coastal map plots each site by hand, with a scale bar and a legend keyed to availability, rather than a stock map tile.
