Luce

Luce: Quiet-luxury real estate for Framer

A premium template for luxury real-estate agencies, private brokers and new-build developers. It looks like a private agency, not a property portal, and does the whole job out of the box.

Why Luce stands out

• Listings that actually filter. Live filters by location, coast, type, status, bedrooms, budget and amenities, plus sorting, all from the CMS.

• A full page for every home. Key facts, highlights, amenities, gallery, Google Map, similar homes and a viewing form.

• Brochure downloads. Upload a PDF to any property and a download button appears.

• New-build pages. Off-plan and under-construction projects with a live progress bar and milestones.

• Smarter leads. Three forms that send the property name with every enquiry.

• Cinematic first impression. Full-screen hero, transparent nav that turns solid on scroll, word-by-word headings.

What’s included

• 14 page types incl. Residences, Developments, Journal, Team, Contact, legal and 404

• 5 CMS collections: Residences, Features, Developments, Journal, Team

• Desktop, tablet and phone layouts

• Colour, text and link styles for fast rebranding

• SEO-ready pages and a built-in 10-step setup guide
