Lumera Template

About Lumera Template

Lumera is a one-page landing template for a luxury property launch, with scroll-driven sections, two videos, an enquiry form in a modal, and layouts for Desktop, Tablet and Phone.

Page sections

  • Hero: headline, two buttons and four stats that count up, over an image that moves with the scroll.

  • About: an image carousel you can drag, with prev/next buttons.

  • Residences: on desktop a heading fills in letter by letter, then four residence cards scroll sideways while the section is pinned. On Tablet and Phone the cards stack.

  • Services: a draggable marquee of buttons, and amenity cards that widen on hover.

  • Interiors: room images with parallax and a hover label. On desktop the background turns dark behind a pinned title.

  • Project: a drag carousel with a progress bar.

  • Showcase: a video that grows as you scroll (desktop).

  • Core features: hovering a feature swaps the image and background (desktop).

  • Video section: heading lines slide in and the video scales up while pinned (desktop).

  • Stats: three rows that reveal an image on hover (desktop).

  • FAQ: one question open at a time.

  • Highlights: location cards in a drag carousel.

  • ROI: four stats with counters.

  • CTA and footer: the buttons open the enquiry form, and the footer is revealed from underneath.

A loading screen plays on first load. The header hides on scroll down and returns on scroll up, with a full-screen menu on Tablet and Phone.

Built for easy editing

  • Desktop (1280), Tablet (810) and Phone (390) breakpoints.

  • Text and colour styles on native text layers.

  • Animated sections are code components, with content, colours and timings editable in the properties panel.

  • Animations respect the reduced-motion setting.

  • Font: DM Sans (Google Fonts, Open Font License).

Good to know

  • The project name, prices, stats and contact details are demo content.

  • The enquiry form sends to any form endpoint URL you paste in (for example Formspree). Without one, it opens the visitor's email app.
