Mansard

About Mansard

Mansard is a template for independent asset managers: a small firm, a handful of funds, a team that investors can name. Every figure on the site carries its date, and updating a fund each month takes about ten minutes.

Why most fund websites don’t convince

The figures are undated. Every NAV, return and chart in Mansard shows its "as of" date, next to the past-performance warning.

The funds live in PDFs. Each fund is one CMS entry: NAV, twelve returns against the index, SRI, SFDR, fund facts, holdings, share classes, commentary and five documents. Its page builds itself.

The firm is two portraits. The House shows all fifteen people floor by floor, from the investment committee under the roof to back office and investor relations, so a due diligence starts on the website.

Nobody says how the NAV is made. The Day of a NAV follows the evening, step by step, from the committee at 08:30 to publication at 19:30.

Try it in the preview

Open a fund page: pick 1Y, 3Y, 5Y or Max on the performance chart and hover any month. The data is pasted from Excel into the fund’s CMS entry. The clock in the navigation, the countdown to the next NAV and the facade that lights up floor by floor are live too.
