Maren Studio

Maren is a portfolio template for small design studios. It was built around a fictional Copenhagen interiors studio, but it works for any practice that wants the work to do the talking.

The design is mostly type and space. Antonio for headlines, Inter for text, Cormorant italics for quotes, DM Mono for labels. There are no cards, shadows or rounded corners, just thin lines separating sections. It comes in light and dark mode.

There are eleven pages: home, work, case study, services, service detail, studio, journal, article, contact and privacy. Projects, articles, services and team members all live in the CMS, so adding a new case study is a matter of filling in a form. Every page has its own desktop, tablet and phone layout.

Maren also includes written instructions for Framer’s AI. Ask it to rename the studio, add a page or write up a new project, and it follows the template’s own rules for spacing, type and components, so the site stays consistent instead of drifting over time. There’s also a check you can run before publishing that looks for broken links, missing content and layout issues.
