Meridian Developers

Meridian is a dark, liquid-glass website for a boutique real estate brokerage. It is built for agents and small studios who sell architect-designed homes and want the site to feel as considered as the houses.

Everything runs on the CMS. Add a listing once and it shows up on the home index, the portfolio, the map and its own detail page. It ships with 14 sample homes and 4 area guides so you can see how it all fits together.

What's inside:

• Portfolio page with status and price filters that also narrow a live map

• Property detail pages with a scroll-driven photo reel and a draggable magnifier on the floor plan

• A glass booking bar that docks at the bottom and opens into a viewing request form
