Mortise is a warm, honest template for builders, joiners and renovation firms, especially those who work on period homes. It is built the way a building firm wins work: show the jobs, show the before and after, be straight about cost and explain how a job runs.

Everything runs from the CMS, so you can rebrand and fill it without touching a layout:

- Areas: a postcode checker that tells visitors if you cover them.

- Quote and careers forms with real sending, success and error states. Roles come from the CMS.

Crafted details: a cinematic hero, draggable carousels, count-up figures, scroll reveals and a photo viewer on every image. Everything respects reduced motion.

Fully responsive (tested from 320 to 1920px in Chrome, Safari and Firefox), keyboard friendly and accessible.
