Plainrate

About Plainrate

Plainrate is a website template for mortgage brokers, loan agencies, credit unions and NBFCs. It is built around one idea: show every rate, fee and payment in plain numbers, before anyone applies.

The look is light and calm. It uses big clear type, one bold blue accent, and real numbers on every page.

Loan Studio, built in

  • Compare two offers, fees included, with the break-even point

  • A four step eligibility check with a live estimate and tips

Every tool can show $, ₹, £ or €, and can say “Monthly payment” or “EMI”.
