Planta Residences

Planta is a website template for residential developments sold off-plan. The first screen answers what buyers ask first: the type of home, the price range and how many are left.

• Availability table, unit by unit, with status (available, reserved, last of its type, sold) and a filter by type. It runs on the CMS, so one change updates the home page and the residence page.

• A page for each residence type, also from the CMS: editable vector floor plan, the area of every room, a gallery and links to the other types.

• Enquire on any unit opens the form with that unit already chosen and sends it in a hidden field, so every lead arrives qualified.

• Enquiry form with name, phone, email, interest and consent, with sending, sent and error states.

• Built for phones: a sticky bar with the homes left and Book a visit, and a full menu on phone and tablet.

• FAQ accordion, 404, Privacy and Terms pages, a Getting Started guide inside the project and a changelog.

• Every image is labelled Rendering, as European rules on property advertising expect for homes not yet built.
