Quarterboard

Quarterboard is a website for a company that manages vacation rentals: homes for guests, a pitch for homeowners and the practical pages in between. The demo presents nine beach houses along Scenic 30A in Florida.

The first screen is the signature. Every house has its name carved on a white quarterboard over its photo, and the arrows walk from one to the next. Pick dates and guests below, and the first screen shows which homes fit their capacity, minimum stay and weekly rates, and from what price.

A homeowners page with services, steps, questions and an eight-field form for a rental projection. Prices shown the way guests expect them, with cleaning and the damage waiver included and taxes added at checkout. A guest info page, a contact form and a privacy page.
