Retainer is a case-study-first website for design studios and small agencies. Big type, a calm chalk-and-ink palette, and work that leads: a Work grid you can filter by discipline and long-form case studies with results, galleries and a next-project link.

Inside: a working project estimator on the Start page. Visitors pick services, scope and timeline (or monthly hours for a retainer) and see a price range, team size and start month in USD, EUR or GBP, then send the brief by email or copy it. A small "open now" badge shows your studio's local time and next booking slot. 9 pages including Services with three ways to work, Studio, Journal, Legal and a custom 404, fully responsive on desktop, tablet and phone.

Uses only 2 CMS collections (Projects and Journal), so it works on the Framer Basic plan. Colors (11 styles) and text styles are set in one place. SEO-ready: every page has its own title and description, and case studies and journal posts take theirs from each CMS entry.
