What makes it different

• The run log: the home page opens on an animated log of one client workflow: time, step and status, landing line by line. Type one step per line in its properties. With reduced motion it fades in finished.

• A page per service: a sample run, what runs alone, what a person approves.

• Case studies as before and after records with the stack and the run, shipped as labelled placeholders so nothing invented goes live.

Six Skills, written instructions for Framer's agent, are in the project:

• /runlog-design: colour, type and layout rules for new pages

• /add-run: asks for the trigger and steps, then writes the Run Log rows
