Side Gravity

Side Gravity is a site for set design and art direction studios. One rule runs it: in every section gravity pulls one way, and the room photo, the work cards, the loose words and the compass in the corner all obey it. The home page goes down, then left, then up, then down again at the end.

The signature move is Gravity Fields: boxes of loose words that fall, pile up and slide to whichever wall gravity points at as the visitor scrolls. Visitors can grab a word and throw it. Words, walls, timing, weight and bounce are set in the panel, with no code. Work cards fall into place when their row comes into view, and room photos lean toward the section's gravity.

Includes Home, Studio, Contact, Legal, a page for every project, an editing guide and a 404 page, one CMS collection with a gravity direction for each project, and desktop, tablet and phone layouts. With reduced motion the words rest against the wall and the cards and photos keep still.
