Soren is a portfolio template for photographers, filmmakers and visual artists who want the work to speak first. Oversized type, a quiet black-and-white system and editorial details let every image carry the page. The only colour comes from your photographs.

Motion with intent Your name rises letter by letter, the portrait is revealed through a mask and the photo strip glides in from the right, one image at a time. Titles appear word by word and the About text shifts from grey to black as you scroll. On mobile, the menu opens with a soft cascade. Built with native Framer effects, so you can tune it without code.

Add your work once Three CMS collections run the whole site:

• Projects: a card in Selected Work and its own page, with credits and an unlimited masonry gallery.

• Documentaries: your film on the Home and on its own page, with process images. One toggle flips the video left or right.

• Publications: press and interviews as long-form articles, with rich text and magazine spreads.

Other Projects fills itself on every page and always skips the one you’re viewing.

Responsive and ready for search Desktop, tablet and phone share one type scale, with a minimal mobile menu. Every page gets its own SEO title, description and social image from the CMS, plus semantic HTML and alt text.

Typography Inter Display and DM Mono are free. The wordmark uses PP Neue Montreal, a commercial font: license it or swap it for Inter Display in a few clicks.
