Stillframe Journal

Stillframe Free is an editorial portfolio template for image-makers and independent designers. A monochrome portrait opening leads into three distinct project studies, an introduction, studio notes and a contact area.

The template uses editable Framer layers for the page layout and a Stillframe Free Studies CMS collection for project titles, artwork, captions and story text. The home page and custom 404 page are included. Two supplied code components handle the layered hero and inline study interaction; their source files are included for deeper editing.

Replace the example content in CMS, adjust typography and colours, and check your own text and images at each breakpoint. Study reveals support keyboard operation, visible focus and reduced-motion preferences. The preview uses four original AI-generated fictional example artworks. Each study has its own image.

Use the official Remix link to copy the complete native template into your Framer workspace. The free companion download on the product page includes English setup guides, the code source, font files with their licences and the product licence. Free commercial use permits completed personal and client websites; resale or redistribution of the reusable source is excluded. Framer hosting and plans are separate.
