About Taperoom
Taperoom is a website template for recording studios, mix and mastering engineers, rehearsal spaces and podcast rooms. Show your rooms, gear, rates and credits, and take bookings, without code.
The site works like the session log on a tape box. The first screen is your main room, full-bleed, with slate labels in the corners and a ruled spec panel. Scroll, and the next room slides over it, one room per screen. The credits are the track sheet; the rates are three channel strips on one console.
Navigation is a tape-machine transport bar fixed to the bottom: wordmark, a running SMPTE timecode with a blinking record dot, LOCATE links, a sound toggle with a live meter, and a lit REC key to book a session. On phone, the wordmark and timecode open a drawer upward.
Everything runs on the CMS. Rooms carry specs, rates, a gallery and a gear list that renders as a ruled track sheet. Engineers link to the rooms they run, so every room page lists its own crew. To rebrand, change the Accent Color Style and the room photos.
