Type Capital

Type Capital is a template for a venture capital firm, set like a typewritten letter. The wordmark types itself in when the page opens, then folds into the header as you scroll.

14 pages: home, portfolio, company pages, people, partner profiles, stories, story pages, founders, jobs, job pages, investors, our story, contact and privacy. Four CMS collections (Companies, People, Stories, Jobs). Each partner profile shows only that partner's companies and stories, so adding a partner is one CMS entry.

The interactive pieces:

• A typed headline that makes corrections as it goes

• A stack of founder index cards you can drag and flick through

• A pitch pad where visitors type their one-line pitch on the page

• Ink circles and underlines that draw themselves around key words

• A one-page term sheet, a paper-tape portfolio marquee and rolling stats

Built for desktop, tablet and phone. Fonts are Courier Prime, Special Elite and Newsreader.
