The layers panel in Framer X can be found on the left side under the layers icon. The layers panel shows all of the layers that are currently placed on your canvas. Deleting a layer from your canvas will also delete it from the layers panel.
Because of automatic hierarchy, layers are automatically nested (grouped) so that your layers panel stays organized.
You can rename layers by right clicking a layer or double clicking the title.
/ in a layers name will save it to a folder upon export.
For example, naming a layer
MyFolder/MyImage will export an image called
MyImage into a folder called
You can reorganize the layers in your layer panel by clicking and dragging them.
Dragging a layer on top of a Frame or Stack will highlight the Frame or Stack and then nest the layer inside it when released.
When dragging a layer above or below another layer, the position where it will go will show as highlighted to guide you.
Right clicking a layer will show you a menu with a list of options of ways you can modify that layer.
