There are two different ways to invite many users to your team at once:
- Inviting via Link: This is the easiest way to invite many different users to your team at once, as they only need to click the link to join the team.
- Inviting via Email: type the email address in the input and separate the emails with commas to add more users.
Both options will respect the permission settings your team has set up. For example, if you have domain restriction enabled, only users under your domain will be able to join the team.
You are also able to change the default join role of an invited user to either be an editor or viewer from the Permissions tab.
Note: If you are on a pro plan, all editors that are added to your team (above your editor limit) will be downgraded to viewers so that you will not incur any additional charges.
You can also turn on the “Recommended Team” setting, so any user signing up with your domain will be able to join your team.
