Combine them however you like. Your site won't look like everyone else's using the template.

Updates for Agentic template: the Awards section is now fully CMS-powered, and Framer's Agent handled the whole conversion from a single prompt

Tektūra anchors every section to columns 1, 4, 7 and 10, every third column.
Swap any layout variant, in any order. Nothing shifts.

Tektūra is live: a template for architecture practices.
Every section ships with multiple layout variants, so no two sites built from it need to look alike. Eleven Agent Skills are built in, covering content, layouts, copy and pre-launch checks.

How component variants keep template sites from looking the same
- Every section as a component with multiple variants
- Small shifts on one grid, so any combination works
- Framer Skills that help AI agents pick the right variants
I made a Skill (/new-blog-item) that fills the empty fields of a new blog post, using its Content field as the source of truth.
I write the article, then run the Skill. The agent reads the content and a few of my published posts to match their tone, then fills the SEO title, subtitle, excerpt, meta description, read time and category. It never touches the title, slug, author, cover image, content or draft status, and it ends with a summary of what it wrote so I can review it.
Quomi now works with Framer Skills
I added a /design-system page to Quomi, with all its text styles, colors and components in one place.
Reelio now has a design system page, ready for Framer Skills
Framer Skills get even better when they have a clear system to follow. Reelio now includes a design system page with colors, text styles and components in one place.

Cohesion update: a design system page for Framer Skills
I've added a /design-system page to Cohesion so the Framer agent can build new pages that match the template.
Cohesion update: the Stack section now runs on the CMS
Editing the "My Stack" section used to mean duplicating components on the canvas. Now it's just a CMS entry.
I handed the migration to Framer's agent (Opus 5). In about 3 minutes, it:
→ built a "Stack" CMS collection from the Stack Card variables
→ swapped the static cards for a Collection List
→ kept the layout untouched
The agent can't create vector sets, so I finished it myself. I made a "Stack Logos" vector set and linked it as a vector field.
Spent a while going through the independent Framer template stores and wrote up what I found.
The Marketplace is where most of us list and it does its job well. But alongside it there's a whole set of stores run by single designers, and the work in them deserves all attention.
21 in total. Six to start with:
• @Anton Drukarov (Templatoria)
• @Tymofii Bak (OneTwoFrame)
• @Anatolii Dmitrienko (Templifica)
• @Tamas Bodo (Framerpod)
• @Joseph Alexander (LaunchNow)

New post, and it's really just how I split the work with the Agent.
I keep the decisions: type, spacing, palette, what gets cut. It gets the CMS population and the repeat-this-across-every-page stuff. Then I review before publishing, because it does guess when the brief is loose.
