I got my first paying customer back in 2020
4 years ago the first business I started was selling graphics designing and content creation for Instagram theme pages, made good money but the challenge was I can’t charge more and later a client asked me if I build websites, then I got to know about web design where you can charge 3-4 figures upfront.
After a year I deleted my IG page and started X and LinkedIn along with that I was a part of Modern Mastery by @thedankoe where I got clarity on how to build a Personal Brand and land clients.
From modern mastery community I was only able to land clients and build a personal brand without that I would still be stuck and wouldn't take the risk to quit job.

3. Differentiate or Compete on Price
If you look like everyone else, you'll be treated like everyone else, instead build a custom website avoid generic AI sites altogether.

Every second of delay costs business where almost 80% of visitors browse through mobile and they really don't care about the animations instead they ask whether it solves their specific problem.
5. Sell Outcomes, Not Features
This might be underrates but honestly people buy results, not websites.
