@framer just featured gravity gallery 🥹
3 months ago today, prvsm went live on the framer marketplace.
since then:
→ landed my first client (he found me through the template). built 2 projects for him, a 3rd might be coming
→ sold my first paid template (james orel) for $29
→ $750 from client work
→ $323 from framer affiliation, growing every month
6 months ago none of this felt possible.
grateful is an understatement. just getting started.
james orel just hit #6 in the photography category on the framer marketplace
two weeks ago it was a free template. now it's paid and climbing.
the experiment continues
James Orel hit 17 days on the framer marketplace.
680 unique viewers, 66 remixes.
that's basically 1 in 10 people, who saw it deciding to use it.
Working on my new Framer template — shaping every detail, refining interactions, and pushing it until it feels just right.
Clean structure, smooth motion, and a bit of edge in the design. More soon.
76 days ago I published my first Framer template on the Marketplace.
Today I reached the Top 5% of creatives on Contra.
In those 76 days I’ve launched more templates, worked with client, learned a ton, and met some amazing people through the Framer community.
Still just getting started, but this feels like a nice milestone.
Thanks to everyone who’s been part of the journey. 🚀💜
a client came back for round two
so there went my weekend — two days straight of work
not mad about it though
I was looking at template marketplaces today and i keep noticing the same thing.
For example squarespace templates cost $250 or more. and the design is often just okay. sometimes it even looks old.
Framer templates cost much less, and the quality is higher. Better motion, better details, better polish. Things squarespace simply can't do.
The interesting part: those $250+ templates actually sell - on Etsy and other places.
The gap makes sense though. Squarespace powers around 4.7M sites, 2.5% of the whole web.
Framer is maybe 10x smaller. Still early.
so my real question: as Framer grows, will template prices go up too? will good design finally get the price it deserves?
Are we still early enough that today's prices are just the start?
Because if they are, this is the time to build.
okay this is wild — Gravity Gallery is now #5 among ALL Framer components.
thank you to everyone who supported it.
genuinely means a lot!
68 days on the Framer Marketplace.
→ 3 templates & 2 components live
→ $187 Framer commission
→ $500 client work
→ 2 features on Contra
→ 458 followers across all platforms
Proof that you don't need to go viral. You need to not stop.

Feedback welcome 👀
Just hit 200 followers here on Framer community 🎉
I know it's not a huge number compared to some creators, but considering I joined the community only a 2 months ago, I'm genuinely grateful.
Thanks to everyone who followed, liked my work, shared feedback, or simply stopped by. Looking forward to building more templates and meeting more awesome people here 🚀
Quick question — is there a way to block someone in the community here? Same person has followed me 4 times in the last hour and it's getting weird. I'm tired of that.
Not sure what’s going on, but I’ve noticed a bunch of obviously fake accounts liking my component lately. 😅
Genuine question: what’s the goal here? Is it to boost visibility, game the algorithm, or something else entirely?
I’m honestly curious because I have no idea why someone would spend time doing that.
4 days ago I launched James Orel for free on the Framer Marketplace.
Where it stands now:
→ #13 Photography
→ #128 Portfolio
→ 24 remixes
→ 318 unique viewers
→ 1 commission
Sharing the numbers as they come. More updates soon.
Some people in this community are crazy 😭
They follow me.
Then unfollow me.
Then follow me again a few days later.
Just a quick heads-up: I don’t do follow-for-follow, so you really don’t need to play that game with me 😂
If you like my work, follow. If you don’t, that’s totally fine too. Simple.
