Both powerful, but not independent

How real-business like should a good template be? 🤔

We want the customers (most non experienced) to tweak them without losing the design but not all the client businesses will keep the design, unintentionally.

Are we selling visual identities undercovered as templates?

Uncomfortable design is rare. That tension that's not obvious but felt gives a energy only a few designers can achieve balancedly...
