Day 0: Introducing Flow — my new FinTech app project.
I’m designing a FinTech app for freelancers, small business owners, and agency owners.
The vision is simple: make working with clients safer, simpler, and more secure—from agreement to payment.
Here’s where the idea came from.
I’m a freelancer who creates Framer websites for clients, and I had a pretty bad experience with my first client. My payment was delayed for 3 months.
After that, I decided I needed a proper agreement with my future clients.
But when I tried using existing contract apps, I found them confusing and frustrating. There were too many options, too many steps, and the whole process felt unnecessarily complicated.
I also felt the same frustration with fintech apps, especially during verification. Some of the processes were simply too long and overwhelming.
That’s when I got an idea:
What if I designed a product that solved these exact problems?
I faced these problems myself, so there’s a good chance other freelancers and business owners have faced them too.
And that’s how Flow started.
