Cup 2026 — A live World Cup experience built with Framer Agents
Cup 2026 is a real-time FIFA World Cup 2026 data site built entirely during the Framer Agents Hackathon. The site pulls live tournament data from the API-Football Pro API and presents it through a cinematic, editorial design inspired by the official WC2026 brand identity.
What's inside:
Live Match Hub — Today's matches update automatically with live scores, elapsed time, team logos, venue info, and a featured match card in the hero that switches between live, upcoming, and finished states. When a goal is scored, a full-screen celebration animation triggers across the hero. Yellow and red cards appear as floating elements above the featured match card in real time.
Group Standings — All 12 World Cup groups with live points, form, qualification indicators and goal difference, updated continuously throughout the tournament.
Cup AI — An AI-powered football analyst built on Claude, fed with live tournament context: all finished matches, current standings, and top scorers. Ask it anything about the tournament and get sharp, data-driven answers.
Framer Agents were used to: generate the hero section layout and all section designs, redesign component visual layouts iteratively using reference images, build the goal celebration animation, and create the AskCupAI floating interaction panel.
Stack: Framer, API-Football Pro, Claude (Anthropic), Vercel serverless proxy.
