Just shipped Formwork — a real estate & architecture template for Framer.

Most templates in this category are static mockups: a hero shot, a grid of photos, a "contact us" button that goes nowhere. Formwork isn't that. It's CMS-driven front to back — add a property and it appears on the grid with its own detail page, no manual building. The contact form and newsletter signup actually work, with real loading/success states.
