Patina, built for estate sale companies and fine auction houses. Warm, editorial, and built around the idea that every piece has a past worth telling.
It has everything these businesses actually need. A full auctions system with live, upcoming, and closed states. A past results archive that shows real hammer prices, the thing that convinces someone to sell through a house. Appraisal requests, a team section, and an insights blog. All CMS-powered and easy to update.

Here's the workflow 👇🏽
1. I subscribed to the Higgsfield Pro plan.
2. I connected Higgsfield to Claude.
3. Since Claude is connected to my @framer project via MCP, I simply ask it to generate the images we need using Higgsfield. (I say "we" because Claude and I build my templates together 🙂.)
4. Once the images are generated, I ask Claude to upload them directly to the appropriate CMS fields. If there are dozens of images, it handles the entire upload for me.
This workflow has made building websites much faster.

Patina Framer template update.
The auction pages are done, plus the results pages. Every past lot now has its own page showing where it came from, what it was expected to sell for, and what it actually brought at auction.
That last part matters. For an auction house, showing real results is what convinces someone to sell with you. So I built the whole thing around it.
Still going. Next up are the About and Services pages.
Built 4 websites for a New Zealand-based counsellor, mediator, and relationship therapist, each with its own identity, audience, and colour palette, all sharing one design system.
The client found me through Willow Grace, one of my free Framer template. That one template turned into a four-site ecosystem.

The homepage for my new Framer template, Patina is done. It is built for estate sale companies and fine auction houses. I picked this niche on purpose.
The homepage covers everything these businesses actually need. Upcoming auctions, past results with prices, services for sellers, and a clear path to request an appraisal.
More as I progress ⏳️

One piece of advice for creatives:
If you can afford that AI tool, pay for it.
Don't think of it as an expense. Think of it as an investment in your time, creativity, and productivity.
It really does make life easier.
